Managing Director
Simon Waddell
Simon has led noise assessments for a wide range of projects, including renewable energy developments, large-scale industrial facilities, and space industry operations.
With nearly 20 years of experience in environmental consultancy, and specialising in environmental noise since 2012, Simon is well known for his clear and practical communication style, ensuring technical concepts are easily understood. He is passionate about protecting the natural environment and enjoys spending his free time outdoors, particularly when it involves riding bikes.

Gregor Massie
Gregor has worked across the renewable energy, residential, and industrial sectors, providing comprehensive noise assessments and mitigation strategies.
With extensive experience in environmental noise consultancy since 2018. Gregor is known for his collaborative approach and dedication to building strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout every stage of a project.
Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan and spends much of his free time following football, rugby, and golf.

Declan Logan
Declan is happiest when out in nature, and this translates to a passion for protecting the natural world, something that has been a key driver for him since starting out in environmental consultancy in 2022. His roots in engineering make him well placed to tackle complex technical problems, and he has a strong aptitude for conveying results in a clear and concise way to people without a technical background. Declan specialises in environmental noise, and has gained a breadth of experience across a range of sectors including renewable energy, residential and leisure developments, industry and space.
